SFSU - Graduate Student Association
The Graduate Student Association at SFSU aims to create a community for graduate students on campus.
GSA at SFSU is an organization that brings graduate students on campus together. We will have meetings and events throughout the school year. It is our purpose to create a fun, social, vibrant, and engaging campus environment.
Hey all, I wanted to pass this information on to all of you. In our Academic Senate meeting yesterday, we approved a resolution to support GTA/GAs in the form of tuition waivers/remission. I am very happy about this as I have been in those committee meetings advocating on behalf of graduate students before this document reached the senate. While there is not a set policy in place as of yet, the university is moving in the right direction to support our esteemed graduate students.
Here is a link to the resolution: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bDz06ORIwVhCvoP-S8HAe276hxCnegej6vEdvYTXDXE/pub
