The Four Foundations of Mindfulness Retreat Apr 22-28 is a unique online retreat in the Insight Meditation tradition, taught by Howard Cohn, Anushka Fernandopulle, Pascal Auclair and Genevieve Tregor.

This retreat explores the foundational practices of mindfulness set forth by the Buddha and offered in clear teachings accessible to those coming from both secular and Buddhist experience.

It provides the conditions and support for an intensive retreat at home as close to a retreat center experience as can be had online; including a flexible modular format to fit different time-zones, online and offline practice resources and support, and small group teacher meetings just as you would experience at an in-person retreat.

Approved to fulfill mindfulness teacher-training program retreat pre-requisites; as well as offering 26 hours of continuing education for mental health professionals and nurses.
