Choose now versus waiting for 2025. I am a fan and supporter of anybody who puts in the work to better his or her life. Quality living starts with better health and fitness. Our lives, like smartphones, are only "smart" when we do something positive and productive with it.

Love yourself and your loved ones. Rest. Hydrate. Meditate while sitting, walking, and running. Train. Eat Clean. Read. Manage device time. Repeat!
