Private & semi-private yoga classes, and monthly workshops that are a synthesis of yoga asana, meditation, qi gong, expressive movement & sound-healing.

Chelsea is passionate about music, movement, nutrition, and living simply. She views sound and movement as sacred expressions of a universal language; a language that connects, empowers, and unites people from all backgrounds. Chelsea is a musician, sound-healer, aerial arts enthusiast, dance ju**ie, fervent yogi, and fitness mentor, who has been coaching others on their journey of health for over

In class-settings Chelsea offers creative vinyasa sequencing often incorporating qi gong flow, focused on connecting dynamic movements to the breath. She offers modifications, making her classes suitable for all levels. Sessions begin with emphasis on the breath and conclude with a brief sound ceremony.

I am confident enough to rest
I am courageous enough to pause
I embrace each redirection as a gift from God

These messages came through recently, and I wanted to share them.

To pause, rest, and receive can be a radical act in a capitalist patriarchal society that encourages us to constantly keep going, and defines our worth by our doing.

Recently, I realized that I was going through the motions, instead of getting fully clear on how to move forward in the most aligned way.

I’ve noticed that the more I’ve slowed down and listened, the more fruitful my efforts have become.

This has inspired me to create a new container for women to come together, and celebrate our sensual way of being;

Devotionals is an invitation to slow down, to invoke curiosity in the unknown and unexpressed parts of ourselves, to revitalize our inherent nature, and more fully access, our bliss, creativity, and sensuality.

I choose to be a conscious
co-creator...

I don't know about you but for me the beginning of 2020 has felt a bit chaotic; like a zesty blend of excitement, stress, joy, & drama.

It's during these times of extreme contrast that we are truly invited to both observe our response and to practice all we've been digesting & integrating. It's the contrast that really reminds me that everything appears through my lens of perception, and while I may not be able to control everything that happens I can choose to shift I how view the world.

I've been throughly enjoying picking up The Radiance Sutras daily, I highly recommend it for a short daily dose of connection to the great mystery that is this life. I love the quote above because it reminds me that everything & everyone we meet is a teacher; yes, everything & everyone.

Ok, I feel hear your inner critic wanting to rebel just as I've felt my own, because partially our opinions, values, and even our judgements of others allow us to feel more comfortable & firm in our identity, but they are not our identity.

This theme has been a large portion of my self-work over the past year, and for me it simply comes down to "questioning everything" - asking "why do I feel, think, react the way I do?" When I acknowledge that my reactions are influenced by societal-conditioning, it reminds me that I have a choice, and I choose to be a conscious co-creator with the universe.

What does that mean? It doesn't mean that I don't have judgements or opinions, but rather I am less attached to them because I am aware that they are not truly me.

This practice has allowed me to feel more expansive, more aligned with nature, my community, the constantly-changing world around me.

It has allowed me to feel easeful & fully supported in my role as a facilitator; to feel more connected & held in the divine flow, and it gives me a greater understanding as to how I can hold space & support others.

Holding space for the ebb & flow

When we gather in groups there is
reciprocity- an exchange of energy. There is an indescribable portal of transformation that is created- the frequency is raised and almost tangible. We’ve all felt that somewhere, the sense that we are a part of something so much greater than ourselves, and we learn so much about who we are in these moments; reminded of our fluidity, our potential, that no matter how isolated we feel at times that we are not alone, our community has our back.

Even as someone who might be holding space for others there is so much I receive from witnessing, listening- always reminded that I am forever a student in this life, that forming judgments or hard-opinions is almost always futile, because if you are open to expansion & possibility, your conclusions will likely shift & change...
