Life Update
This summer the Casi Chan Crew welcomed baby number two! It’s been A LOT in all the ways. I am so grateful for our community that has supported us over the last several weeks.

I love being a coach because I love connecting with other people, learning about them, listening to what brings them joy, and offering support. I take the trust and vulnerability that people share with me as a huge responsibility and honor.

My experience with the coaching sessions at was anxiety producing, vulnerable, amazing, awkward and surprising. I didn’t know what to expect and my anxiety and nerves were making up lots of false narratives.

I pushed through by grounding myself, connecting to my body, noticing self talk and seeking support from my community. Shoutout to for offering me support in that moment!

Looking forward to everything day 1 of has to offer, including my mentor sessions!
