The most common feedback I hear from working parents is that large backup care programs feel inconsistent. Caregivers change, experience levels vary, and last minute cancellations create more stress than support. When that happens, parents stop using the benefit altogether.

That’s why I built Premier Nanny Source differently. Our corporate backup care is high touch and relationship driven, with a focus on consistency, familiarity, and caregivers who are prepared to show up.

🕘 Schedule: Mon–Fri, typically 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
💰 Pay: $38/hr (W-2 through Premier Nanny Source)
👧 Ages: 5–12 years
📍 Location: Oakland- must live within ~15 miles (on-call, short-notice)
📅 Type: Hours vary by bookings (no guaranteed minimum)
