We had a great time this week with Participation Day, a chance for each dancer’s grown up to join class. At Smuin Center for Dance, we prioritize small class sizes for more individual attention to better each dancer’s growth.

LAST WEEK OF COMPANY CLASS! Join us this week before the company finishes their season!
1) Take 5 minutes to roll out and stretch. This helps reduce tightness, improves flexibility and minimizes the risk of injury.
2) Rest. Actually taking time to let your body recover with a good nights sleep will make all the difference.
3) Fuel your body. Eating a nutritious meals helps repair muscles fibers and replenish glycogen stores.

Peter Brandenhoff will be teaching on Sundays at 10:30am starting May 17th! Peter trained at the Royal Danish Ballet School and danced professionally with San Francisco Ballet and Hamburg Ballet among others.
We are excited to have him teaching at Smuin Center for Dance!
