Global Strategic Innovation The GSI - Global Strategic Innovation is a premium program of a hands-on, intensive week allowing leaders a direct immersion in Silicon Valley.

10/06/2026

"It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then."
– Lewis Carroll

On the last day of GSI - Global Strategic Innovation AI Frontier 2026, our cohort walked through Andersen's doors in San Francisco. It felt like the perfect metaphor for the whole week: 18 leaders opening a door to a new way of thinking about AI.

In five days, they went from Stanford University and Google DeepMind to Perplexity, Replit, Notion and Scribe, through two full days at The AI Conference, and finally to turning it all into concrete commitments for their organizations.

The message that tied it all together came from Carlos Oliveira:
👉 AI does not lead. People lead.

And the participants said it best:
💬 "I'm taking home one big lesson: I have to be the leader of the AI transformation in my own company."
💬 "I arrived with some ideas, maybe a bit too set in stone. I tore them down halfway and built new ones along the way."
💬 "Without investment, there's no return down the road. And GSI is exactly that."

To every participant, speaker, and partner who made this week possible: thank you. 💙

GSI is more than a program. It's a relationship, and the door stays open.

See you at the next frontier. 🚀

🎬 The AI Conference 2: The return

Day 4 of GSI AI Frontier 2026, and our cohort was back at Pier 48 for round two of The AI Conference.

What the day had:
→ Agentic testing, AI memory and governance, live from the Theater stages
→ Startups, demos and the people building what's next
→ A 153-year-old cable car ride (with an AI ad inside, of course 🚋)
→ And a Portugal match, watched on a laptop, in the middle of an AI conference 🇵🇹 4-2!

Some might call that a distraction.
We call it balance.

Great leaders don't live in one mode. They go deep on what matters, and they know when to step back, laugh, cheer and reconnect.

That's where perspective comes from.
And perspective is exactly what AI can't give you.

The final chapter. Day 5. Tomorrow.

10/01/2026

Reading about AI innovation is one thing.
Sitting at Pier 48 while it happens live is another.

On Day 3 of GSI AI Frontier 2026, our cohort joined The AI Conference in San Francisco, alongside 5,500+ builders, researchers and leaders, with 120+ speakers from across the AI ecosystem.

No filters. No summaries. No “you had to be there”.
They were there.

→ Agent memory architectures, presented by the people building them
→ How Google's security teams let agents act, and humans confirm
→ AI governance debated live: "Why are we still governing AI like software?"
→ And one line that summed up the day: "Trust, but verify."

Our participants didn't just learn about the agentic era. They walked through it, explored it, and met some of the people shaping it.

The only thing they didn't fully trust? The robotaxi that took the scenic route to get there.

This is what GSI is about: taking AI out of the slide deck and putting leaders in the room where it’s being built.

Day 4 loading… 🚀

09/30/2026

“It feels like building an airplane and flying the airplane at the same time.” ✈️

That’s how Brandon Middleton, global head of education at Replit, described leading in the age of AI agents. It pretty much summed up day 2 of GSI AI Frontier 2026.

Our cohort spent the day with the companies building the agentic future:
→ LBC: the three horizons of growth, and why agents are Horizon 3 arriving early
→ Perplexity: an introduction to Perplexity Computer, with Patrick Summers
→ Replit: what happens when anyone can build software with agents
→ Notion: three agent use cases any team can start with tomorrow
→ Scribe: Jennifer Smith on how a 300-person company ranks in the top 1% on efficiency benchmarks

The biggest takeaway? It’s not about having the most AI.
It’s about making AI work with the way your people actually work.

Day 3 loading… 🚀

09/29/2026

What if AI isn’t coming for your job… but for the way you lead? 🤯
That’s the question our GSI AI Frontier 2026 cohort took to Silicon Valley this week.

Day 1 looked like this:
→ Kick-off in San Francisco: who’s really winning the AI race?
→ Stanford: "Pioneering the Future of AI" with Joana Carrasqueira, Google DeepMind
→ Stanford d.school: emotionally intelligent leadership for an AI-powered future, with Brandon Middleton
→ Snowflake: AI safety & governance

The biggest takeaway? AI isn’t just changing how we work. It’s changing what leadership requires.

Welcome to the augmentation era. ⚡

Day 1: ✓
Day 2: LLMs, infrastructure and AI agents. 🤖

Follow along – we’ll be sharing what we learn each day.

🧳 Leave the blazer at home if you want. But make sure you bring these.

Curiosity over certainty: the leaders who get the most out of this week are the ones who arrive ready to question what they think they know.
A real problem: not a theoretical one. Something your organization is actually struggling with – that's what the Capstone AI Blueprint is built around.
An open agenda: the best conversations happen between sessions. Leave room for them.
The right questions: not the ones that make you look smart. The ones you've been afraid to ask out loud.

Everything else, Silicon Valley provides.

🎯 Every session, every company visit, every conversation during the week feeds one output: your Capstone AI Blueprint. But it starts before you board the plane.

Before the program begins, every participant identifies a real AI challenge from their organization. Something concrete. Something that matters. Something worth five days of focused work.

That challenge becomes the thread that runs through the entire week – refined each day as the journey progresses from ecosystem understanding to measurable impact.

The question to ask yourself today: What is the AI challenge your organization can't afford to leave unsolved ❓

❓Before you close the laptop and head into August, one question.

In October, when the program is over and the 2026 cohort is back at their desks with a concrete AI roadmap, a new network, and a week that changed how they think – what will you tell yourself?

That you needed more time? That the moment wasn’t right? That you’ll do it next year?

Or that you decided in July, when the window was still open?

The answer is still yours to choose. ⏳
