Faculty Spotlight- Earlier this week Professor Paul Kibel shared his expertise during a webinar hosted by the University of Desarrollo in Chile.
Professor Kibel discussed to keep water instream under national and . Professor Kibel and his colleagues at University of Desarrollo, reviewed the proposals in Chile to divert the waters that currently supply Laja Falls (Salto del Laja). The diversion scheme would cause the falls to go dry. Much of their discussion centered on how national/international relates to the Laja Falls dispute.
