πŸŽ‰ A special St. John tradition continues! πŸŽ‰

Last week during Morning Assembly, our students took the exciting next step in their journey as they officially moved up to their new grade-level benches for the upcoming school year.

From our TK students moving into Kindergarten, all the way through our 7th graders preparing to become the leaders of campus as 8th graders, it was a joyful moment filled with anticipation, pride, and plenty of smiles. πŸ’™πŸ’›

Our 8th graders also participated in this cherished tradition, gathering one final time to sing before making their symbolic exit from the bench areaβ€”signifying the end of their St. John journey and the beginning of their next chapter. πŸŽ“

One of the most heartwarming moments of the morning came at the very end, when one of our incoming TK students proudly took his seat at the TK bench for the very first time. A wonderful reminder that while one chapter is ending for some, a brand-new adventure is just beginning for others.

From first days to final days, this tradition beautifully captures what makes our school community so special.

Here’s to new friendships, new opportunities, and another amazing year ahead at St. John School! πŸ“šβœ¨

Earlier this week, our 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade classes spent the day exploring, experimenting, and discovering at the Exploratorium in San Francisco! πŸ”¬βœ¨

From hands-on science exhibits to interactive challenges and creative learning experiences, our students had an amazing time engaging their curiosity and learning in a fun and memorable way. It was a day full of excitement, teamwork, laughter, and discovery.

Field trips like these are such a great reminder that learning can happen everywhere β€” especially when students are encouraged to explore the world around them. πŸ’™

Last week’s 8th Grade vs. Staff Volleyball Match brought nonstop energy, big plays, loud cheers, and a packed gym that was absolutely rocking from start to finish. 🏐πŸ”₯

The match went all the way to 3 sets, with the Staff pulling out a hard-fought 2-1 victory β€” but both teams brought the heat and made it an unforgettable night for everyone watching.

A huge thank you to all of the students, staff, and supporters who helped create such a fun and exciting atmosphere. Everything is on the line this weekend for St. John Athletics.
