Last week, we celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week at RSM Lakeside! 🍎✨

Our students filled our teacher appreciation board with heartfelt messages, drawings, and thank-you notes for their teachers. Seeing so many kind words and smiles reminded us how special the bond between teachers and students truly is.

We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated teachers who inspire, encourage, and support our students every day. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of our children and helping them grow with confidence and curiosity.

RSM Lakeside teachers went on a trip to Filoli Historic House & Garden to celebrate the end of Teacher Appreciation Week and the close of another wonderful school year. It was a beautiful opportunity to relax, connect, and recognize all of the hard work and dedication they’ve given throughout the year.

🏆 IMC Math Competition at Our School! 🧮

On February 3rd, we proudly hosted the IMC 2026 (International Math Contest) at our location, and what an incredible day it was! 🎉 Over 100 students signed up and participated, challenging themselves with exciting and thought-provoking math problems.

At the end of each session, every participant received a special math gift as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication. 🎁✨

📢 Results will be available in late March – early April and will be sent directly to parents.

✨ Weekly Summer Math Camp ✨

Join us for our Weekly Summer Math Camp, designed to inspire rising 1st–5th graders with a passion for numbers and problem-solving. This summer, students will explore big ideas in math through engaging, hands-on activities in a supportive environment where learning feels exciting and accessible.

📅 2026 Camp Sessions
• Session 1: Summer Math Academy — July 13–17
• Session 2: Problem-Solvers Summer Camp — July 20–24
• Session 3: Math Explorers Summer Camp — July 27–31
• Session 4: Advanced Math Summer Workshop — August 3–7

Campers are grouped by grade level and skill to ensure they are both challenged and supported. Each week features interactive math games, brain-teasing challenges, and hands-on projects exploring number sense, patterns, geometry, and early algebra. Through LEGO® Education math modeling, chess classes and tournaments, and collaborative team challenges, students build confidence, creativity, and strategic thinking—while having fun.

Regardless of the session or week you choose, rest assured that the content will be consistently enriching. Students who enroll for two or more weeks will delve into advanced topics and competition-level curriculum, while those attending for one week will concentrate on preparing for the upcoming school year.

Healthy daily snacks are provided, with vegan and gluten-free options available. Lunch from a local café may also be ordered for an additional fee, or students may bring their own.
