While w**d isn't synthetic, it's not completely harmless either. Smoking anything can damage your lungs, and if you're under 25, cannabis can impact your still-developing brain.
The science is still evolving, but we know mixing w**d with alcohol or to***co multiplies the risks. Gotta do your googles.
