Thank you Grace Harmon for capturing footage at last year's Black Mental Health Conference in MD.

This was supposed to be the big launch for my HapticSpa and I had all these big plans only to learn a month later that I would need to shift everything I had into healing my body.

Finally getting around to working with these videos. What do you think?

HapticSpa is launching on Airbnb and I get full commission for my first 3 bookings before December!

Another lesson I've been learning is not always expect to get it on the first try. I tried to create an Airbnb Experience a couple of months ago, and my submission was rejected. A couple weeks ago I went to an Airbnb Zoom session to help folks set up their services where I asked about it, and the liaison was extremely helpful and fast, tracked my service. Then, they gave me a free photo shoot with one of their photographers. And now they have sent me a an offer for no commission on my first three bookings!

Anyone looking to treat themselves? I'm using a haptic mat for individual sessions. It vibrates to the music and frequencies massaging your body to the beat.

Much gratitude to my neighbors for being such lovely models 📸✨️

From Veronica Blair Electrik Body production where I had the privilege of embodying the role of ancestor/elder. I missed the first rehearsal because it was day my Grandma transitioned.

Grateful for an opportunity to honor her through my 'performance' amongst such wonderful people! Awesome work Veronica!

Thank you so much to all of my friends and family who have reached out and offered support and checked in or just sent a little prayer.I really, really appreciated because i've been going through it.

I keep thinking, I'm on the other side and then another bone adjust. And a whole new set of ailments arises.

But I know that this all will work out in the end and for now, i'm grateful for a day without pain.

It's all gonna work out for me. It's gonna work out for you. It's gonna work out for us.
