It has been such a joy, honor, & pleasure to serve everyone for the past four years at CHESF & CHARM. The Lord answered my prayers when I initially took over CHESF from Mary Carter Keel many moons ago and it’s been such an amazing journey that God has had me on in that time.

I’ve been praying over the new leadership for CHESF since 2020 and once again He has answered at just the right time and blessed me with a team who will be serving you. I’m confident the Lord has you in amazing hands and I’m excited to see what God will do with CHESF going forward.

CHARM at its core has a deepened interest in the Charlotte Mason philosophy to include not just nature study but all aspects of homeschooling - education, habit training, mother culture, motherhood, in community, home environment, to name a few and how we can apply it in our lives as Christian wives and mothers. Our collective desire is to learn more about Charlotte Mason's philosophy and apply it in our lives.

The summer means planning for the upcoming school year for many of us. However, one of the first things we ought to do first, whether we are seasoned homeschoolers or not is to revisit our why, our philosophy of education. This summer at CHARM we will be doing just that as we explore in detail the Charlotte Mason philosophy for the whole person.
