SAN DIEGO SOUTH CHAPTER An official chapter of the california association of professional music teachers

The MTNA Spring Pop/Contemporary Festival on April 18, 2026 at the La Jolla Library was a wonderful, well-attended event featuring 28 performers in piano and voice.

Adjudicated by South Korean–born pianist and Doctor of Musical Arts Dr. Hyun-Jeong Ahn, and chaired by Erica Calvert.

Congratulations to this year’s Adjudicator’s Pick recipients, Elle Capati and Eashan Raghuwanshi!

Hosted by the CAPMT San Diego South Chapter, the event also supported the San Diego Food Bank through a community food drive.
