It’s not Impact without a little fun!

Yesterday the cohort traveled to Tijuana for a seminar on our Cross Border Region. We spent the day at Plamex Huaqin, a maquiladora (manufacturing facility). We even got a tour of the manufacturing floor, hence the bright vests! 🦺
