We heard about the state of our schools, the federal policies shaping workforce development, cross-border education, and the programs connecting residents to careers, then ended the day with a tour of Junior Achievement's BizTown.

! Last week, LEAD alumni, current participants, and Leadership Programs Coordinator Darby McWaters attended the inaugural Confidence Talk: Women's Leadership Conference 2026, hosted by Idara Ogunsaju (17), Founder of the Antorge Group.

The Confidence Talk gathered women leaders committed to growing themselves and, in turn, our community. With LEAD alumni present from 1990 to 2026, the room reflected decades of leadership. Here's to continued growth!
