My client was the victim of a violent assault, caught on camera.

Her local police did NOT arrest her attacker because he was undocumented and would be deported.

ROCIO FOUGHT BACK! She went again to speak to the detectives and told them: “IMAGINE IF IT HAD HAPPENED TO YOUR WIFE!” They finally charged the s*x pervert!

Yesterday, she was vindicated. USCIS RAPIDLY granted her protected status as a victim of a crime. The assailant was punished!

She is a crime victim, and was NOT protected by Sanctuary laws.
