Our current MMA Schedule is up and running! Check out our weekly classes, requirements to enter class and an upcoming workshop to help you get started. Join our growing mma squad.

MMA Schedule - Some requirements required whether you’re taking an MMA striking, wrestling or sparring class. Requirements are set for your safety and to aid the flow of of the class. Talk to Coaches Carl Gebhardt or Nick if you have any questions or need help figuring out what you need to work on. Partner sizes also matter a lot in combat sports so let us know if you’re interested and we can help navigate the best class time with the best training partners for you.

INTRO TO MMA TRAINING - We have a great workshop coming up on September 5th that will dive into the basics to help you get settled in to class. Students must have all required gear when attending class. Let us know if you need any recommendations for training equipment. The workshop is typically $40 but the first one is free for all current Steel members.

Fun rounds last night from the non comic-com crowd at Steel 😂😂😂

We’re excited to watch 7X UFC/WEC Champion Dominick Cruz be inducted into the Hall of Fame tonight at the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas at 4pm.

We’re also proud to announce Coach Carl will be introducing Dom at the ceremony tonight. A huge honor and he’s excited to be able to represent the many incredible coaches he’s had throughout his career.

Congrats Dominick on an incredible career and we’re excited to see you continue to push new boundaries in this next chapter.

We hope you all have a fun and safe 4th of July this weekend. We have a modified schedule tomorrow and we’ll be closed on Saturday to enjoy the holiday.
