Reflecting on my low tide walk today. ⭐️ Some discoveries can only be made when the tide is low. When the waters recede—whether in nature or in life—they reveal what is usually hidden. In our lowest moments, when emotions are quiet or stripped away, we often find the most unexpected treasures waiting to be seen.

Here are 4 tips to help you ride the storm of a breakdown.
☑️
1. Allow yourself to feel and experience what is present. Even in the most challenging times, the present still has a gift to offer. Although it might be unpleasant or painful, it’s just energy that is seeking to be healed and transmuted.
☑️
2. Move your energy. Take a walk, exercise, talk with a friend, clean your house, or change your environment. Just. Keep. Moving. Resist being stuck or frozen.
☑️
3. Forgive. Forgive others and forgive yourself. Create space inside your mind and heart to have radical acceptance and a shift in perspective.
☑️
4. Take action. Make change a reality in your life. You deserve it. A positive change inside of you can change the world. You are that powerful!

The moment you hear I SHOULD feel this way, I SHOULD be doing something different, I SHOULDN’T be like this...

Take pause, and stop the invisible pressure you put on yourself.

I tell my clients all the time to stop “should’ing” on yourself! 🤪 It’s a great way to interrupt all that 💩 and remind yourself to accept where you are, take a breath, and give yourself some compassion.

You’ll feel anxious, angry, irritable, dysfunctional, desperate, among other unpleasant feelings.

It’s ok to feel your feelings.
👉🏼 AND breathe, slow down, COME BACK HOME, center yourself within your Self.

This is a time of practice and a test in epic proportions. ‼️

What a beautiful lesson we will have learned if we strengthen our loving consciousness in this way.
