Join an intimate group of 10 students for a retreat that brings fun and balance to your life. Each day will be a wonderful array of healing workshops and classes to choose from including yoga, guided meditation, creative writing, painting, guitar (beginner & advanced), music melting pot, tai chi, thai body work & more! Nosara, Costa Rica is located in one of the BLUE ZONES of longevity, happiness & healing in the world. You will come away with the experience of a lifetime and a new perspective towards life, creativity and balance that brings fun and the possibility of a long and healthy life as a performer, artist and/or entrepreneur. The total price of the trip is $2,200.00*Includes lodging in our gorgeous beach house with a pool near the beach, 2 organic, home cooked meals a day, cooked with local, fresh ingredients (vegan/vegetarian options too), Daily classes & workshops

This time 2 years ago, many of you were with us in Costa Rica, soaking up the sun, developing your craft on guitar, serenaded by beautiful, healing music, learning to surf in warm ocean water, dropping into your body and nature with our yoga and meditation time, and watching the universe shine over you as the sun sets, filling the sky with magnificent colors beyond out dreams.

The next retreat is in February.
