Fletcher Elementary Garden Start-Up

Hooray!!! Our garden fundraiser has officially ended, and our fundraiser tree's leaves have turned red, which means.....we have exceeded our $2000 goal!!!

We still have some Read for Seeds money to count, and cash to collect from our jars, so we don't have our grand total just yet, but we have most definitely raised enough to fund our garden start-up!!

Thank you to everybody who participated, we hope you are so excited as we are to build this garden for our kids!!

Our adorable handmade planters went out today, hopefully your students enjoy working on their green thumbs and you enjoy cooking with the thyme in the future! Come see us at the lunch arbor after school, the remainder of the planters will be on sale!

We are sooooo close to our goal, a little over $1900!!! Get your read for seeds logs, checks, and cash in this week to help tip the scales!!

Keep reading Fletcher students!! We are getting closer to our goal every day!! Our current total as of today is $1,440!! Let's turn those leaves on our fundraising tree red!!!

This week your student will be working on a poster of what their "Fletcher Garden Vision" looks like. Talk to them about what they would like to see!

Ask them what kind of fruits, vegetables or flowers they might like to grow. Or what kind of insects or animals they might see there?

We want to help our kids to become responsible stewards of this garden, and that process begins with us. Let's get them excited and involved!
