SDSU Sisters Exercising Together
Sisters Exercising Together (S.E.T.) is an exercise program at San Diego State University that is exclusively tailored for Muslim women.
S.E.T is very unique as it presents an opportunity for Muslim women to have a private space and a female personal trainer leading a variety of workouts. The workout classes vary each week with aerobics, yoga, Pilates, self-defense classes, and more. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment that encourages Muslim women to take the initiative for their health and fitness journey.

Sisters Exercising Together Pause Info about immediate future of SET
The video was shot in one of Noora's recent SET self-defense classes. Both persons featured in the video gave permission for the video to be posted on Facebook.
UPDATE: Noora will be subbing for Christy tomorrow. Come learn self-defense moves and get a great workout!
Tomorrow - Sunday (2/12) - is SET Self-defense and kickboxing with Noora from 10-11 am in PG 241. See you there.
