how important play is in a child’s learning and I encourage this by scheduling free play time into our daily schedule. Throughout the day I provide children with both directed and non-directed activities. While your child is here your child will be encouraged to develop their emotional and social skills as well as their physical and cognitive skills at their own pace. At Learn and Grow I strive to provide the children with developmentally age appropriate toys and activities. Throughout the day your child will have many opportunities to engage in various types of play and learning all while having fun. I place emphasis on love, nurturing and developmental activities for infant and toddlers. While the same is true for our preschool children, their day will also consist of pre-kindergarten concepts and skills. I am committed to providing an environment that fosters independence, confidence and self-esteem among children. I feel that it is important to partner with the families in order to help the children develop respectful, caring and responsive relationships as they learn and grow.
