𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀
Make it Mindful Mondays is a free student wellness group with sessions every Monday from 2–3 PM. Special topics on select Mondays. All Miramar students are welcome to attend. Join via zoom at tinyurl.com/yr5kundv.

𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗲-𝗨𝗽
Mental Health virtual drop-in sessions for those seeking brief check-ins with a mental health counselor. These free mental health tune-up sessions are available every Tuesday from 11am–12pm via Zoom at m tinyurl.com/2rb97bj2.

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀
The Wellness Wednesday Support Zooms are designed to give students an opportunity for ongoing support, especially during these challenging times. Mental Health Counselors provide psycho-education, tips, and coping skills for students. We also encourage open discussion and peer support.
