Islander Youth Theater by CoSA Foundation in association with Playground Players Productions presents TWO different options for your child to participate in Frozen Jr.!

FULLY-STAGED FROZEN JR. MAINSTAGE PRODUCTION for 2ND-8TH GRADES:
Our mainstage program for children in grades 2-8 meets 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-5:30 beginning September 3rd, 2024, and culminates in two performances on the main stage at Coronado High School on Thursday, November 14th and Friday, November 15th. All students MUST be able to attend both performances. No rehearsal will be held on October 31st.

FROZEN SHOW CHOIR for TK-1st:
Our second option is a Junior Show Choir workshop for TK-1st grade students. These students will work on songs from Frozen Jr. and will be meeting at Village Elementary School from 2:55-3:55pm on Thursdays beginning September 3rd, 2024 culminating in two performances on the mainstage prior to the full show of Frozen Jr. on November 14th and November 15th. All students MUST be able to attend both performances. No rehearsal will be held on October 31st. Be sure to register soon before spots fill up!

SUMMER CAMPS!

1. 4-day camp in Lakeside June 24-27 for ages 6-17, registration is found here: www.homeschoolenrichmentcenters.com Click on the summer camp link there and find the Sounds of Summer camp. You'll need to register through there and pay $40/student at registration. After you do that, you will pay me directly the remaining $160/student. This camp is through a homeschool center, so it's different registering for this one.

2. A 2-week camp from July 15-26 M-F from 9-12 in El Cajon. You can register here: 2024 Summer Musical Theater Camp (formsmarts.com)

Both camps are going to be medleys and scenes from summer-themed musicals and popular songs. Lots of improv/games, music theory, dancing, etc.!

Blossom Valley Edudance showcase last night was a success!

Hi everyone! For those of you who are interested in signing your child up for an in-person enrichment program this semester, I am offering ballroom dancing and Aladdin KIDS through Homeschool Enrichment Center. You do not need to be a homeschool student to participate. See the flyers for more details about how to register! We begin January 27th here in El Cajon and go for 16 weeks!
