Fruit Riot! said “here’s another flavor you’re going to become obsessed with” and fortunately they were right 🍒😍

NEW Sour Cherries = immediately added to the rotation. Berry lemonade + cherry limeade flavor. Yea, I’m obsessed. 🍒✨

Fall baking is officially in full swing 🎃🍂 🗓️

These pumpkin cake bars topped with cream cheese icing + a GOOD GOOD® Pumpkin Butter swirl might be my new favorite way to enjoy pumpkin butter.

Find GOOD GOOD Pumpkin Butter with 0 added sugar at Sprouts and get baking 🤎

Coffee + 15g protein = my kind of 7 Brew Coffee order 👀☕️

You can now add a protein shot to ANY 7 Brew drink and you can’t even taste it!

I added it to my regular Pumpkin Blondie 🎃 try this on your next coffee run!

Easy weeknight dinner that tastes like you spent way more time on it 🌮🤤

Chuck Roast + Beef Broth + Simply Organic Birria Seasoning Mix in the crockpot, let it cook for 7 hours on low, and by dinner time it was ready to go.

You could totally serve it in regular tortillas, but I had to take it up a notch with crispy, cheesy tortillas + that consommé for dipping. 👏🏼

Definitely adding this seasoning mix to the dinner rotation for taco night!

Trying another fall menu drink from 7 Brew Coffee !! Carmel Apple Pie Macchiato!! 🍎🍏🥧 9/10, delicious not as sweet as the pumpkin blondie (my fave) but still delicious I would order this again!!

38g of protein in a quesadilla?! 👀🌯

This might be one of my new favorite high protein, low carb lunches. egglife egg white wraps

I swapped the traditional tortilla for an Egglife egg wrap, loaded it with turkey + cheese, green salsa, and crisped it up on my blackstone. It took me about 5 minutes (I used cooked turkey from my fridge) and is SO satisfying.

Save this for your next EASY AND QUICK high protein lunch! 🤌🏼

A little fall drink run at 7 Brew Coffee 🎃🍂 Tried the new Pumpkin Blondie with pumpkin drizzle and it was SO good… but apparently the bees wanted to join the taste test too 🐝😂 Definitely not the fall adventure I was expecting, but the drink was worth it! 10/10!
