Air-fried or Roasted Artichokes:
These are the most satisfying snack and salad topping! Salty, crispy, and full of fiber and antioxidants, these roasted artichokes go fast in our house! Bags of frozen artichokes are a staple in our freezer as they're super quick and easy to make to serve when friends come over, but mostly I make them as a healthy bite for myself!
Ingredients:
• 1, 12oz bag of frozen artichokes from
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Any of our seasoning blends (my go to's are American Bounty, Mediterranean Magic and Italiano Pronto, but any will work.)
Directions:
Set oven or airfryer to 425 degrees F.
Place frozen artichokes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the artichokes and toss to coat.
Pinch your desired seasoning blend all over the artichokes to make sure they all have a healthy coat of seasoning all over them. Usually at least 3 big pinches.
Place in the oven or air-fryer for around 25 minutes, tossing halfway.
Enjoy!

These might be the hottest Mexican-style carrots ever. The habaneros and jalapeños came from my garden.
Habanero, jalapeno, Serrano, carrots, white vinegar, little coconut sugar and water. One has oregano and cumin seed. The other has oregano and our Smokin' Chipotle seasoning.
Can't wait to try on tacos, sandwiches, or straight out of the jar!

I am always amazed how enjoyable it is to grow our own food.
We planted a Passion Fruit plant 1 year ago and it is insane. It's like an Easter Egg hunt every morning. 5-10 delicious passion fruit secretly waiting to be found and put in smoothies, french toast, panna cotta, flan, or whatever we can think of. I am going to make passion fruit jam this weekend! I highly recommend you grow your own passion fruit if you are in a climate that supports it.
The carrots are fresh as can be. They are amazing to eat as is, or my favorite is to cut them in half, toss with some olive oil and any of our seasoning blends ( is my favorite), then roast in the oven, cut side down, 450° for 45 minutes. They get all caramelized and chewy!
And potatoes....the hits just keep coming!
I can't leave out the habaneros...holy hotness! So delish. I have grown (nice pun) to love those little guys. My favorite flavor profile of all hot peppers I've tried! Definitely making some salsa this weekend too!
