As France’s grid infrastructure expands and modernizes, our partnership with Enedis, France’s leading distribution system operator, matters more than ever.

The long-term agreements worth €350 million ($398 million USD) secure the delivery of distribution and power transformers, helping address the global transformer shortage.

For nearly two decades, Hitachi Energy has been working alongside Enedis, with our factories in Europe, servicing their transformer needs.

Our latest agreements also deliver transparency regarding environmental performance through an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), which assesses each product’s environmental performance across its lifecycle, combined with a continuous commitment to improving manufacturing performance throughout the contract term.
