Follow these 5 steps:

1️⃣ Share that your class will create goals for how they’ll treat each other (and why it matters).
2️⃣ Invite ideas for how students want to interact with each other.
3️⃣ Synthesize your ideas into 3-5 Class Harmony Goals.
4️⃣ Record, sign, and display your Class Harmony Goals.
5️⃣ Monitor, discuss, and revise Class Harmony Goals as needed.
