Monday 3/11, @5:30 P.M. Second Floor of the Student Union, Room Mata'yumm Wright is a senior managing director of Capital Markets for the JLL San Diego office. He is responsible for originating joint venture, equity, and debt transactions throughout the western United States within the spaces of hospitality, life science, and multifamily. During his career, Tim has completed more than $10 billion in real estate transactions, across multiple platforms and product types. Tim served as Vice President at CB Commercial Mortgage Banking where he was responsible for the origination of debt and equity transactions before opening the HFF San Diego office in 1997. He graduated with honors in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and holds an MBA in finance and real estate from San Diego State University. He is a member of the local chapters of the ULI, NAIOP, and the advisory board of the San Diego Botanic Garden (SDBG). Wright is the newly appointed Director of the Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate at San Diego State University. The Center exists to enhance the academic experience of real estate students who will become future real estate leaders. In addition, the Center is committed to developing critical and innovative research for the real estate community.
