Jess Gianulias represents the next generation of that same philosophy. An SDSU alumna, healthcare broker at JLL, and Chair of The Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate Associate Board, she’s building her career with the same commitment to relationships, service, and lifelong learning. She didn’t wait for a title to start leading. She simply stepped up.

Together, they represent something we don’t talk about enough in commercial real estate: what happens when mentorship becomes partnership, when experience meets fresh perspective, and when both generations recognize they still have something to learn from one another.
