For anyone who recently followed us, I’ve been a college professor teaching hip hop dance for that last 24 years of my life.
Teaching in person gave me the understanding to be able to teach online today to our current students in 12 countries around the world.
After teaching for that long in person, and now 3 years online with my husband , we’ve noticed one thing: that there is literally no difference. As long as the willingness of the student shows up, does the work, they will get the transformation.
So if you’ve been thinking about it, hanging on the sidelines, told yourself “I’m gonna start this year”, let this be your sign that YOU’RE READY. Comment the word “IDANCE” and let us help you get there.

There’s a version of you waiting on the other side of finally believing it’s not too late ✨
A lot of us grew up being told the idea that once you hit a certain age, you’re supposed to slow down, conform to a certain life, or sacrifice things that bring you joy because “it’s not about you”. That mindset keeps so many people disconnected from their confidence and reaching new potential.
But growth DOESN’T expire at 30.
Sometimes all it takes is that one step to pursue what brings you joy.
Our life is not over, it’s still unfolding 🤲🏾

I’ve been working on my bridges like a mad woman.
