Dear City Tree Families,

My name is Bella Rulon, and I feel so blessed to serve as your fourth-grade teacher this year! I was born in Orange County but spent most of my childhood in North Carolina and Florida. About five years ago, I moved to San Diego, and I’ve loved calling it home ever since.

I attended a private Christian school from fourth through twelfth grade, where I had the opportunity to grow in both my education and my faith. It is such a gift to be back in Christian education, where I can create a space for my students to grow in their knowledge of God’s Word and His love for them.

I love enjoying time outdoors, going for runs, relaxing at the beach, exploring new coffee shops, and spending quality time with family and friends.

I cannot wait to meet each of you and begin this exciting school year together!

Hi City Tree Families,

My name is Bailey Abel and I am so excited to be your first-grade teacher. I am originally from Orange County, CA but I have lived in Point Loma for the last five years. My favorite things to do are going to the beach, baking, and playing tennis.

I remember first grade being so impactful in my early years of elementary school. My favorite memory from first grade is learning about different animals and then visiting them on our field trip to the zoo.

I can’t wait to meet you all soon and begin our school year together!
