A restaurant option that's frequently on the road or on our SDSU campus is The Habit! The Habit is mostly recommended on Moderate or Heavy training days due to the high sodium content in most of its menu items. This high sodium is great for replenishment of what you lose in sweat during training which is why Light/Rest days are not listed here. The Moderate training day items listed are balanced with carbs protein and fat, and are overall lower calorie (energy). The Heavy training day items listed are higher in carbs and sodium which is great for those sweaty workout and game days! Happy Fueling!
