• Single Leg Deadlift (8–10 each leg)

Sets: 3–4 rounds
Rest: 60–90 sec between sets

Should You Work Out Fasted? (Women vs. Men)
Should you work out fasted? And does it matter if you’re a woman or a man?
Fasted training has been studied for its effects on fat oxidation, metabolic flexibility, and performance. Research shows that while fasted workouts may slightly increase fat utilization during the session, total fat loss over time largely depends on overall calorie balance — not whether you ate before training.
For women specifically, some research suggests hormonal fluctuations (especially during certain phases of the menstrual cycle) may influence how the body responds to fasted high-intensity workouts. In some cases, fasted training may increase stress response or reduce performance output.
For men, fasted training may feel more tolerable depending on intensity and volume — but again, performance quality and recovery matter most.
