Rock School of Ministry

Many of us spend years of our ministry serving the most urgent need rather than being in alignment with our gifting. Often times it is because people are unclear about their calling. We know what it is like to feel like our contribution doesn’t make a difference. That’s why we’ve created this 6 week program to help you help others get clarity in their calling for a lifetime of meaningful ministry.

Three things that Christian coaches do differently:

Coaches create clarity. Through discernment and listening to the Holy Spirit, coaches can help you gain clarity in your calling. It is hard to get clarity alone; that’s why Christian coaching makes a difference!
Coaches focus on the person, not on the problem. Have you ever been in a conversation where the other person seems more interested in diagnosing the situation rather than having a compassionate presence toward you? We’ve been there and recognize the balance between understanding the problem AND inviting the Spirit to lead you to your next faithful step.
Coaches empower the process. Whether you are in ministry, a pastor, or a bible study leader, you are in a position of influence in the lives of others. Much of Christian discipleship is simple, realizing we are all on a journey of discovering how we are uniquely made in God’s image for the sake of Christ in the world. Christian coaches are aware of each person’s unique season in life and help others thrive in a lifetime of meaningful ministry.
