🇺🇸Happy Constitution Day!

More than two centuries after its signing, the U.S. Constitution continues to guide our democracy and protect the rights fundamental to civic life.

🩵To mark the occasion, students are invited to attend “Constitutional Rights: Local and National,” a Constitution Day Lecture featuring Fred Carroll ’03 (JD), legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union of San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Carroll will discuss how constitutional principles shape national debates, court decisions, and issues affecting San Diego communities, from civil rights and criminal justice to local government and civic engagement.
