The Federal Tax Clinic at the University of San Diego School of Law is now accepting clients. If you or someone you know is a lower-income taxpayer facing IRS issues, please call us at 619-260-7470.

Since 1999, the clinic has provided no-cost assistance to thousands across the San Diego community who have disputes with the IRS in matters including audit, earned income tax credits, and collection actions.

🤩USD Law Professors Ali Brown, Meredith Levin, and Katie Parker ’02 (JD) took the spotlight at the Association of American Law Schools' Conference on Clinical Legal Education in Portland presenting "Zealous Advocacy: Modeling and Teaching Legal Ethics in a Climate of Fear" in today’s complex climate.

Drawing on their work with veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and consumers, their session tackled real-world ethical challenges and offered practical tools for preparing law students to lead with integrity, skill, and compassion.

This recognition highlights USD Law’s leadership in clinical legal education and its ongoing commitment to preparing the next generation of lawyers to serve with integrity, skill, and compassion.
