The 1st time I met Tri, he had to use Google translator for part of our conversation so needless to say I was hesitant to sign him up. However, I was really impressed that he wasn’t scared to speak even when he made mistakes so I told him we will teach him how to deal and English! 🤣 We couldn’t have asked for a more willing, responsible, patient and nice student! His dedication paid off, CONGRATULATIONS to Tri on passing his audition at Valley View Casino. 🤩🎊

Sovanna took the long route for school but it was due to work and a 3 month vacation so needless to say, we got to know her well. She always brought a smile and was never in a bad mood. We are going to miss her silliness and giggles, CONGRATULATIONS to Sovanna on passing her audition at Pala Casino!!! 🙌🏼🤩🎊

These guys were awesome students! They were motivated, dedicated and wanted to be good dealers. This is a 1st…Andrew came to school and stated that he wanted to be a Table Games Dealer and said ideally he would like to work at Ocean’s 11 Casino. I informed him that their audition would also require him to learn Tournament Poker. When he started the poker class, he liked it so much that he decided to learn the rest of the poker games and opted to become a poker dealer. He passed our poker class, got an audition 2 days later and now he’s dealing poker at Ocean’s 11 Casino!!! Congratulations Andrew and thank you for being such a fun, happy and picture perfect student 🥰🙌🏼

So many of Fadi’s friends and family are dealers at casinos all over San Diego. His goal was to be one too as soon as he turned 21 at Jamul Casino.
He was a joy to have in class, not only because he was a fast learner but because he strived to be better and faster than he was the day before! He always kept his composure even when the pressure was on too! Jolene initially signed up to be a blackjack dealer then out of the blue she wanted to deal poker?!?🤷🏻‍♀️
She switched over and actually practiced harder and more than she did in Blackjack?!? 🙄🤣 …and 2 months later she landed a job!!! Congratulations to our sweet Jolene on passing her audition at Sycuan Casino! ♣️♦️♠️ ❤️

Andy & Tyler only had 3 weeks to learn pertinent games and procedures for Ocean’s 11 Casino’s audition. They were awesome students! They came in with a smile every day, made no excuses & didn’t complain even when I told them “it’s not good enough”, day after day! 🤣 Their perseverance paid off, CONGRATULATIONS to Tyler and Andy, the 2 newest addition to the Cal Games Department at Ocean’s 11 Casino!!! 🙌🏼

We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable last day at this location! Even though we are moving to a bigger and better spot, my heart was a bit sullen but how could I be with all the joy and happiness exuding from the students today!! 🥰 THANK YOU AGAIN Thomas from Jamul Casino for giving our kids the start of their new career!
