I left teaching for freedom.
Then accidentally rebuilt the exact same prison inside my business.
Same hustle.
Same grind.
Same belief that my worth was tied to my productivity.
The hardest part wasn’t leaving my job.
It was leaving behind the version of me who believed success had to be earned through exhaustion.
Freedom didn’t come from entrepreneurship.
It came from breaking the patterns that made me feel trapped in the first place.

If you’ve been quietly carrying shame that you’re not farther along in your coaching business by now… I see you.
Not because you need another person telling you to “just be patient” or to hustle harder.
And not because your desire for more is wrong.
But because the pressure, urgency, and constant self-measuring might be making your business feel like a place where you’re always being graded.
Every post becomes evidence.
Every launch becomes evidence.
Every month becomes evidence.
Every quiet season becomes evidence.
Evidence that you’re either “doing it right” or falling behind.
And babe… that is absolutely exhausting and it’s living rent-free in your head.
You’re allowed to want more.
You’re allowed to be ambitious.
You’re allowed to have big goals and a big vision.
But you don’t have to use your current timeline as proof that you’re failing.
You’re not behind.
You’re becoming the woman who can hold the business, visibility, leadership, sales, money, and impact she says she wants.
And that version of you?
She doesn’t build from shame.
She builds from power. 😘

What I used to call inconsistency was just me abandoning myself the moment I felt judged, misunderstood, or disliked.
The healing isn’t about just becoming “more consistent.”
It was learning to stay with myself when approval disappeared.
This changed everything.

If building your business has felt weirdly like trying to get an A+… you’re not doing anything “wrong.”
It’s just that you’re operating from the version of you who learned that being good, getting it right, and being liked was the path to safety.
But we all know business will ask for something deeper: truth, leadership, and the courage to be fully seen.
If this hit, I’d love to hear which slide got you 👀
