1706 Fifth Avenue, San Diego CA 92101 LSI is conveniently located in the heart of San Diego near shops, restaurants, public transport and other services.

Attractions such as San Diego Zoo, the Symphony Hall and the San Diego Bay are all within walking distance. The school is modern, with 12 spacious and naturally lit classrooms and a computer room with 9 computers and free internet access. We offer a variety of leisure and social activities, from surfing, snorkeling and sailing, to beach parties and concerts and even skydiving. A great many of these events are free or inexpensive. We arrange excursions to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and to sporting and cultural events.

Throwback to our summer junior programme in San Diego! ☀️🌴

Our junior students enjoyed an unforgettable summer discovering some of the city’s most iconic attractions, including the USS Midway Museum, the San Diego Museum of Art and the Natural History Museum.

Beyond the activities, every day brought new opportunities to practise English, gain confidence and experience American culture! A summer of English learning, exploration and unforgettable memories 🇺🇸

Our students always love heading there, exploring the world of comics, film, and pop culture, and spending time surrounded by creativity and imagination, and the sunshine just makes it all better! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the city ☀️

One of our students’ favourite activities is spending a sunny afternoon at the North Park Farmers Market!

Held weekly in the heart of the North Park neighbourhood, the market brings together local farmers, food vendors and artisans in a lively outdoor setting. It’s a great place to explore fresh seasonal produce, try a variety of street food, and discover handmade goods while enjoying live music and a friendly community atmosphere 🍕🛍️

For our students, it’s also a chance to experience local culture, interact with vendors and locals, and enjoy the relaxed California lifestyle! ☀️

Known for its beautiful weather and sunny beaches, San Diego is also a fantastic destination for curious minds. Our students recently explored two of the city’s most exciting attractions: the Air & Space Museum and the Comic-Con Museum! 🚀

From discovering the history of aviation to diving into the world of comics, superheroes and pop culture, our students had plenty of opportunities to learn new vocabulary and experience American culture firsthand.

Our LSI San Diego students recently went to the Fleet Science Center and had an amazing time exploring the different interactive exhibits!

The Fleet Science Center is located in the famous Balboa Park, only a 25-minute walk from the school, giving students the chance to experience one of San Diego’s most popular cultural and educational attraction close to campus 🌴

Congratulations to our junior students on completing their studies with us! 🎓

As part of our Junior Programme, our group from Mongolia studied English at LSI San Diego, combining classroom learning with the opportunity to explore the city and take part in a variety of organised activities. From cultural visits to fun group experiences, students were able to discover all that San Diego has to offer 🌴

Our Juniors Programmes are packed with amazing activities!

Our juniors studying English at LSI San Diego spent the day at Universal Studios, a famous film studio and theme park in Los Angeles, where they explored real film sets and experienced some of the park’s most popular attractions and rides inspired by well-known movies.

After-school activities are a key part of our Junior programmes, giving young students the chance to step outside the classroom and experience English in real-life situations, while taking part in memorable activities across San Diego! 🌴
