Rebeca is known for connecting people, supporting small business growth, and bringing energy and vision to every project and partnership she is involved in. Under her leadership, Verde Design Group continues to expand its presence in public works, community-focused design, and multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the region.

In 2026, Rebeca was honored as the SBA Women in Business Champion of the Year. She is also a finalist in the LEEP Cohort 13 Business Pitch Competition and continues to advocate for mentorship, education, and leadership opportunities for women in construction and business.

Carol's commitment to NAWIC extends far beyond the boardroom. Lorena Quintero is a Product Sales Manager with WillScot, where she has built a 31‑year career in the construction industry. She has been an active NAWIC member for 11 years and currently serves as Vice President of the San Diego Chapter.

Lorena has served four years on the Board of Directors and has held key leadership roles as Chair of the Golf Tournament, Social Media, and Membership Committees. She has mentored members throughout her service and supported major chapter initiatives including Anniversary events, Block Kids competitions, WIC Week, Membership programs, the 5K fundraiser, and community outreach for Susan G. Komen San Diego. She has strengthened the chapter’s social media presence by highlighting the many facets of education, connection, and fun that NAWIC membership provides.

Her industry leadership extends beyond NAWIC, including four years as President of WCC San Diego and service as Vice President of the Association of Professional Estimators.

Lorena believes NAWIC’s strength comes from its members. With her broad leadership experience, she is committed to strengthening chapter structure, expanding member value, and supporting both current and future women in construction. Her long-standing dedication to her career and to industry organizations reflects the commitment she will bring to serving NAWIC as President for the 2026–2027 term.
