Our second social hour of the semester was a blast! Be sure to mark your calendars for the next one on Friday, September 23rd at 12pm. This is a great way for new students to meet new people and maybe win some giveaways!

The San Diego Psychic & Healing Arts Fair on Sunday, Aug 14, 2022 is a psychic fair, health fair and wellness expo. It features psychics, healers, vendors and speakers. Experience readings and healings for yourself and/or buy gift certificates for your loved ones - astrology readings, tarot readings, energy healing. Shop crystals and gemstone jewelry.

Early Bird Tickets are FREE. Tickets are $10 at the Door. Ages 12 and under are FREE. Admission includes access to the exhibit hall & all speakers.

Please remember to bring your passport, DS-2019, and copy or screenshot of your I-94 for the Check-In Reception session at the ISC.

SDSU and the International Student Center (ISC) will welcome 700+ new International Students for the Fall 2022 semester! Help them get acquainted with SDSU by volunteering during the International Student Welcome Reception and events. As noted on the dates below, mandatory volunteer training will take place a week before events.

Dates:

Mandatory Volunteer Training: Friday August 12 @11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

ISC Welcome Lounge: Monday August 15 - Thursday August 18 @1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M.

New International Student Check-In and Reception (Orientation day): Friday August 19

Other optional activities:
- Aztec Night event: Saturday August 20
- Aztec Night event: Sunday August 21

Please select the day(s) and time(s) that you want to volunteer.

On Friday, July 22, the ISC office will be physically closed, but all online services will still be available.

As a reminder, Independence Day will be observed by the university on Monday, July 4.

Due to the holiday, the campus will be closed. There will also be no instruction.

OPT applications are being accepted for students who will finish their degrees this SUMMER (Session 1 and Session 2/T1) and Masters students who need to apply for OPT based on a Summer end date. The first step in the application process is to attend an ISC OPT Application Review Session.
