Mo'Rhythm School of Percussion - formerly Tam Tam Mandingue San Diego Monette Marino's School of Percussion teaches Djembe & Dunun classes (formerly the San Diego branch of Mamady Keita's Tam Tam Mandingue school.

- Contribute your expertise and experience in a creative environment? TTM USA/San Diego is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization run by a board of directors committed to fulfilling its mission:

TTM USA is dedicated to fostering interest and participation in traditional West African drumming, dance, and cultural art forms, as well as to preserve and transmit Mandingue musical tradition as a tool to promote tolerance, understanding, equality, and international peace. We are currently seeking 3 - 5 dedicated people interested in joining our Board and contributing time and energy to lead TTM and move it forward in 2013. We are looking for dynamic, self-starters with fresh ideas and a desire to get involved in the local drum & dance community and make a difference!! We are specifically looking for persons who have Skills/Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Fundraising
- Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Previous Non-profit and/or Board Experience
- Marketing
- Public Relations/Outreach
- Program Development
- Event Coordination
- Class Administration/Assistance/Set-Up, etc. (current classes are Mon & Tue evenings)
- Facility Search

TTM has an active, working board so each member will be asked to contribute approximately 8 hours per month to handle the administration/tasks of the organization, help out in classes, as well as attend periodic board meetings. If you are interested in getting involved in this dynamic arts/music organization, please send an email outlining your areas of interest to [email protected] and [email protected]. Please also indicate your availability for weekend board meetings.
