There are a handful of great programs for singles and married couples & those who have been through a breakup. Breakup's Hurt tremendously. A great place to reach out and get connected for guidance is at Skyline Church in Rancho San Diego off of Campo Road. Connect online or call and ask for guidance to see what they offer for your special needs. I HIGHLY recommend their great programs. Hang in there. I don't wish a breakup or separation or divorce on anyone, but if it happens, there is a lot of help and support available.

Hi Everyone. During the holidays, along with seeking guidance from God, it's so important to stay connected with friends, family, those who truly care about your well being. Small church groups and ministries are top on the list. If you are mostly alone and or feeling lonely, try to find a small group or ministry to get connected with. Encouragement, love, and support are key benefits from being part of a small group.
In a relationship and/or marriage Dr. Dobson explains some of the many relationship killers in a marriage. This info is so valuable to know in any relationship and especially in a marriage. This info can even help to reflect on previous relationships and how to avoid the mistakes that may have led to major disagreements. If you can find ways to serve your mate, as you did early on, when you went out of your way to make them happy and please them, especially when you first met, those are the type of things to continue doing always, which would do wonders in any relationship. Hugs to you all.
