ABOUT THE COURSE
Learn the fundamentals of producing and recording your own music using Ableton Live!
• Concepts can be applied to any digital audio work station
• Learn how to create beats, bass lines, and melodies with MIDI instruments and audio clips
• Discover the many ways to use Ableton Live as a creative songwriting and studio production tool
• By the end of the course, students will have a thorough understanding of the different workflows and ways to speed up and simplify the recording process
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Steven Borts, aka ET.7, is an Ableton instructor, music producer, and DJ.
ETseven has traveled internationally through his DJ'ing and has held residencies everywhere from the Cayman Islands in South America, to Burningman in Nevada, and all over southern California.
In 2005, he began using Ableton Live for music production and DJ sets. 2011 he started teaching Ableton and has taught over 125 + students, some of whom gone on to release music on well established labels and tour internationally
