I am at my first IACT conference here in San Diego 2024 and I lead a Certification Bootcamp workshop along with John, Martha, and Nikka. Here is an update.

A mild workout

Hill training with the nephew tonight. So proud of him.

I returned to my Tuesday run after a long hiatus. It was good to run again and hang with folks. Training Nate in the off season to get better standings when he runs.

Got a small run the day before Thanksgiving. Feel pretty good for coming out of a three month hiatus.

ABFT forensic exam starts now. I am so not prepared. I am so prepared. Two minds at eight in the morning.

Got a wonderful surprise, B and cousins are in town to see the Maggie Rogers concert.

The Henderson Hunties did it! Look at that deposit into our health accounts. Meet us on the pavement next Thursday!

I finally got some time to run. I miss the pavement.
