Happy First-Gen Friday to the legendary Samuel L. Jackson. Like many college students, Jackson explored different majors before finding his passion for acting. He was also an activist on campus. He fought for black voices to be heard and included in the curriculum at Morehouse College. His actions remind us that we should always strive to do what’s right no matter consequences.
