Clarity doesn’t always come from sitting still. Movement outdoors is often the key to finding clarity, helping sharpen focus and relieve stress, whether beside the ocean or along a quiet trail.
My weekly Walk & Talk sessions create space to process stress, gain perspective, and build confidence through meaningful conversation and guided reflection. They’re designed to help ease life’s transitions one step at a time. Different paths, same purpose - building resilience in motion.

🤍 Being seen is a core human need. When we rush to phrases like “it is what it is,” we can unintentionally miss the moment for empathy and connection. This is a powerful reminder of why presence matters.
The Problem With Saying "It Is What It Is"
Tenderness keeps connection alive, not conversation stoppers.

Today is my son Justin's birthday. He has been gone fourteen years.
Marker days like these-birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, sure carry their own weight. Early on, I believed resilience meant just surviving them, getting through. I’ve learned something very different.
The most unexpected gifts of loss have been my son’s friends—many of whom, along with their families, have become our family. These relationships weren’t created by me; they are the living legacy of the bond Justin shared with them during his short, but deeply impactful life.
These connections are the glue that keep Justin alive in spirit—through shared moments, stories, laughter, and love. I hope my presence brings some of the same light to their lives.
I had no choice but to keep living. With professional support, family, friends, and community, I learned how to carry grief without letting it eclipse love.
Over time, that love found a purpose. My coaching work grew directly from this journey—rooted in resilience, connection, and the belief that even in profound loss, something meaningful can still take shape.
The sadness still exists. But my love far exceeds the grief.
And that for me, is RESILIENCE...another invaluable and unexpected gift ❤️

We often wait to "feel focused" before starting something important. But focus isn’t a mood—it’s a skill you can train. Start with 10 minutes of undistracted work, and your brain learns to stretch that focus over time.
