Our Fundamentals Program is designed to build the foundation that every Jiu-Jitsu practitioner needs for long-term success on the mats.

Whether you’re a newer student looking to sharpen your basics or an experienced athlete refining the details, this class focuses on the core techniques, concepts, and movements that make Jiu-Jitsu work.

Huge congratulations to our very own Professor on an incredible achievement—winning the World Championship in her rookie year as a black belt! 🏆

At just 19 years old, Lilian is now a Black Belt Pan Champion, Gi World Champion, and No-Gi World Champion—a truly remarkable accomplishment.

Lilian began training at Atos HQ as a yellow belt and, at a young age, made the courageous decision to leave Canada and move to San Diego to pursue her dream. Along the way, she balanced the demands of training, teaching, and attending college, all while continuing to chase excellence on and off the mats.

Her journey is a powerful example of discipline, determination, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to her goals.

We couldn’t be prouder of everything you’ve accomplished. The future is bright, and this is only the beginning.
