The goal of this workshop is to educate students on some of the most prominent issues facing our community like BULLY AWARENESS, YOUTH SAFETY, and HEALTH & FITNESS in order to give them the tools to LIVE THEIR BEST LIVES.

Here are some eye opening stats about screen times 📱
- Kids ages 5–8 average 3 hours 28 minutes of daily screen
time.
- By age 8, almost 1 in 4 kids have their own cellphone.
- Teenagers ages 13–18 average about 7 hours and 22 minutes of screen time daily — not including schoolwork.
- Research links excessive screen time to:
* Poor sleep
* Anxiety and depression
* Reduced focus
* Lower attention span
* Less face-to-face interaction
